Commitment to Practice

To receive the true benefits of this journey, a minimum of 90 minutes of practice per week is required.This can be split into short daily sessions, or done in longer focused times, whatever suits your rhythm best.The consistency of your practice is what unlocks flow, confidence, and musical growth.

 

Live Classes

Our live group classes (4 per month) are a vital part of the journey. Whileattendance is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged.Live sessions offer direct support, collective energy, and opportunities for deepintegration - please show up as much as you can.
